One person with Microsoft 365 admin rights clicks through Microsoft’s own consent screen, once. Nobody installs anything and nobody changes how they schedule meetings. Scheduled auto-join is one optional extra consent plus one PowerShell command.

Guests are never seated and never billed. Discretion decides what Jaha says out loud when they’re in the room: internal material stops being spoken, restricted material never is, and answers that can’t be said aloud can arrive as a private whisper to the person entitled to them.

Whoever the source allows. Every document and connector carries an answer scope — anyone, your organisation, the owner’s team, or only the owner — and Jaha resolves who is speaking before it draws on a source. Unknown voices get unrestricted material only.

Bot-hours meter the time Jaha actually sits in calls, pooled across your whole workspace rather than capped per person. If the pool runs dry, meetings keep working and overage is billed per hour at your plan’s rate — no meeting is ever dropped mid-call.

What you need

A Microsoft 365 organization and someone with admin rights in it. That's it — no installs on anyone's machine, nothing for your team to configure.

What happens when you click "Get Started"

You're sent to Microsoft's own consent screen, which lists the exact permissions Jaha requests (joining meetings, reading the roster, posting in meeting chat). Your admin approves once, for the whole organization. We never see your password — sign-in stays entirely with Microsoft.

After consent

You land in your dashboard on the Free plan immediately. Invite Jaha to any Teams meeting — or @mention it in a meeting chat — and it joins, transcribes, and answers. Upgrading later is a single click under Billing & Plan.

Optional extras (for scheduled auto-join)

If you want Jaha to create calendar meetings and join them automatically the moment they start, your admin additionally consents to calendar and online-meeting permissions and runs one PowerShell command we provide in the in-app Getting Started guide. Everything else works without this.
