Connectors, delivery and the API
A meeting is only useful once it becomes records in the tools your team already works in. This page covers the three ways output leaves Jaha — rules, one-off sends, and the API — and the receipt trail all three leave behind.
What Jaha reads
Connect knowledge sources — Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, Jira and more — and Jaha answers from inside them, with citations. Each connector carries its own sharing class and answer scope, so connecting a source never widens who can hear what is in it.
For customer calls, Jaha walks in briefed: recent CRM activity, open items and last meeting’s commitments are already in context when the call starts.
Delivery rules
Rules decide what each tool receives after a meeting: the summary to your CRM, action items to Jira or Asana, the recap to a Slack channel, full notes to Notion. Each rule names its destination, its payload parts, and the meetings it applies to. Failed deliveries retry; unhealthy destinations are flagged before they lose data.
One-off sends
Not everything deserves a standing rule. From any meeting, anyone with the send permission can pick configured destinations and exactly which parts to send — summary only, actions only, or the lot — for that one meeting. One-off sends run through the same delivery machinery as rules: same health checks, same retries, same receipts.
The “sent to” trail
Every meeting keeps a delivery history: what was sent, to which destination, when, by which rule or which person. When a CRM record looks wrong three weeks later, the trail answers “what did we actually send” in one glance.
REST API & webhooks
Everything the dashboard shows is reachable over a scoped REST API — meetings, transcripts, insights, tasks, usage — with per-key scopes and rate limits by plan. Webhooks push meeting lifecycle events to your systems as they happen, and a live streaming API follows a meeting in progress on Business and above.
